ORDERING PROCESS:

[1]  Fully complete the 'Order Form' & Website Briefing Form' to the best of your ability.  Ensure that any required web hosting & domain name registration box fields are ticked.  (A website cannot 'go live' unless a domain name is registered & webhosting activated).

[2]  Once your request has been submitted, within 7 - 14 working days you will receive 3 totally unique & tailor made website styles to choose from  via email.  The styles will be based upon the information provided by you in the 'briefing form'.

[3]  At this time you will also receive registration confirmation of your chosen domain name (if applicable).

[4]  You will receive an invoice for the first half payment of the 'Website Design & Development Package' (AU$647.50) along with any associated webhosting and domain name registration fees.

[5]  Select your favourite website style.  'Junket' will then correspond & work with you until your site is completed once your first invoice payment has been received.

[6]  When your new website is live & active on the world wide web you will then receive an invoice for the remaining 'Website Design & Development Package' half payment (AU$647.50).
 

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

[1]  (Referring to [2] in the above 'Ordering Process').  Rush Orders required before this time attract a 25% surcharge fee.

[2]  Websites by 'Junket' include 1 x form in the package price.  Additional forms created for your website incur a fee of $120 each.

[3]  Websites by 'Junket' include up to 10 x pages in the package price.  Additional pages created for your website incur a fee of $120 each.

[4] Webhosting is an annual fee.  If purchased together with the 'Website Design & Development Package' the first month of webhosting is free.  The remaining amount will be listed on the first invoice together with 'Website Design & Development Package' first half payment.  Invoices for webhosting will be forwarded yearly, payment is required for your website to remain functional.

[5]  Payment for 'Domain Name' registration (if applicable) is required with your first initial payment.  Domain names require re-registration every one to two years ($38.00 for 2 year registration of: .com.au & .net.au names.  $24.00 for 1 year registration of: .com, .net, .org, .info, .biz, .co.nz & .net.nz domain names).  When re-registration is required - it will be listed with your webhosting fees on an annual invoice.

[6]  Content Management & maintenance for your site will be conducted by 'Junket' at your request - a fee of $75 per hour applies.

[7]  If invoiced fees are not received by the term date as noted on the invoice - 'Junket' holds the right to remove or suspend your website from public view on the internet until payment is fully received.

[8]  Prices quoted here include GST.
[9]  All prices & conditions subject to change without notice.
[10]  Pricing dependant on supply of appropriate information & materials.
[11]  Additional project expenses are charged at additional cost (such as postage, excessive travel, printing or other third party products supplied).
[12]  Copyright on any & all materials produced transfers to the client only after complete payment is received for each project.
[13]  If there has not been any movement in an ongoing job by the client in more than 90 days, the client will be invoiced for design hours spent up until that date.  When the job resumes, the billed hours (paid) will be deducted from the final job invoice.
[14]  If for any reason a job is terminated before completion, the client will only be invoiced for design hours spent.

We are committed to ensuring the privacy protection of all information collected on behalf of our clients and visitors and will ensure that all personal information is accorded treatment consistent at least with minimum privacy standards.
We collect information as necessary to provide a service to our clients. This information is not available to anyone outside 'Junket' and is restricted to those who require the information in order to manage and service our website and relevant projects.

Visitors to the Site
When you visit the 'Junket' site, information such as:

- your server address
- your top level domain name (eg .com, .gov, .au etc )
- date and time of visit to site
- the pages accessed and documents retrieved
- the previous site visited
- the type of browser used

is recorded and collected for statistical purposes only. We receive no personal information in regard to visitors to the site.

Information Collected
This site does not provide facilities for the secure transmission of information across the internet. Users should be aware that there are inherent risks transmitting information across the internet.
We take proper measures to protect personal information, but sending and receiving information over the internet is at the user’s own risk and we can give no assurance that information sent over the internet is secure. Other than as a part of our normal business operations we will not allow our systems to be used by you or anyone else to send unsolicited emails.
We ask that users advise us if they detect any error in the information we hold about them and of any changes we need to make to keep our records up to date.
